Job summary

HubX in Turkey is seeking a part-time Compliance Specialist to join our growing legal and regulatory team. You’ll review and classify internal compliance requests, support KVKK and GDPR processes, and assist with basic agreements and HR compliance tasks.

The role suits fresh grads or legal interns with 0–2 years’ experience, strong English, and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative mindset and meticulous records management are essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh grads or legal interns who can join our team and commit to working three days a week.
• Good command of English.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience. Legal trainees are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of and genuine interest in data protection and consumer law.
• Interest in intellectual property, labor law or commercial law is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical and follow-up skills.
• Ability to classify and prioritize requests effectively and maintain accurate records.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with different teams.
• Attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the initial review and classification of legal and compliance requests received from internal teams and coordinate them with the relevant stakeholders.
• Support the company’s general legal and regulatory compliance processes, including product- and consumer-related and HR business partner matters.
• Manage legal response processes for standard user inquiries and legal matters escalated by the support team.
• Track data subject requests under the KVKK and GDPR.
• Assist with the preparation and review of basic marketing agreements, non-disclosure agreements and copyright documents.
• Track open action items and legal or operational deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up with the relevant teams.
• Assist with standard HR documentation and related legal compliance processes.
• Ensure that legal and compliance records are organized, up to date, and audit‑ready.
