Yemeksepeti is looking for a QC/AML Analyst to review and evaluate quality control cases and ensure compliance with standards. The role involves validating AML screening matches, monitoring the QC Sales inbox, and prioritizing email responses in a timely, professional manner.

The ideal candidate will understand KPIs and SLAs, escalate issues to the right teams, and help maintain high-quality service for Turkey’s leading online delivery platform.

Qualifications

• Careful checking and analyzing QC and KYB checks.
• Compliance with standards and legislation.
• Ability to manage, track, and prioritize email traffic efficiently
• Basic knowledge of KPIs and SLAs.
• Ability to identify issues, escalate them to relevant teams, and follow up.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing and evaluating Quality Control (QC) cases.
• Checking, validating, and resolving AML Screening matches in accordance with compliance standards.
• Monitoring, managing, and responding to incoming emails via the QC Sales inbox in a timely and professional manner.
