Yemeksepeti is looking for a QC/AML Analyst to review and evaluate quality control cases and ensure compliance with standards. The role involves validating AML screening matches, monitoring the QC Sales inbox, and prioritizing email responses in a timely, professional manner.

The ideal candidate will understand KPIs and SLAs, escalate issues to the right teams, and help maintain high-quality service for Turkey’s leading online delivery platform.

• Reviewing and evaluating Quality Control (QC) cases.
• Checking, validating, and resolving AML Screening matches in accordance with compliance standards.
• Monitoring, managing, and responding to incoming emails via the “QC Sales” inbox in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Competence in carefully checking and analyzing QC and KYB checks.
• Compliance with standards and legislation.
• Ability to manage, track, and prioritize email traffic efficiently
• Basic knowledge of key performance targets (KPIs) and operational metrics, such as AHT and SLA.
• Ability to identify technical or operational issues, **escalate** them to the relevant teams, and follow up on the resolution process.
