Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Türkiye seeks an early-career Compliance professional to support AML, transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB, sanctions and PEP screening, and suspicious transaction reporting within the Legal & Compliance Operations team.

You will collaborate with Compliance and cross-functional groups to investigate financial crime risks, assist MASAK regulatory requirements, and help maintain effective controls and documentation in a fast-paced fintech and crypto environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
• Background in fintech, financial services, or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support establishment and maintenance of Legal & Compliance Support Operations in Türkiye.
• Assist onboarding processes for individual and corporate accounts with identity verification measures.
• Support generation and maintenance of suspicious transaction reports with MASAK liaison.
• Assist in preserving documentation for corporate users and suspicious activity reports.
• Prepare for regulatory audits and assist with licensing requirements as needed.
• Monitor sanction lists and PEP databases to ensure compliance.
