Job summary

GE HEALTHCARE is seeking a Commercial Operations Associate to support ongoing optimization of commercial processes, analytics, and reporting. You will collaborate with sales, finance, distributors, and cross-functional teams to enhance forecasting, planning, and data integrity using Power BI and Salesforce.

Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and a proactive, analytical mindset with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, or similar tools is preferred; internships or projects in analytics are advantageous.
• Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and processes; strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and continuous improvement of commercial operations processes, systems, and mechanisms.
• Contribute to sales force effectiveness and maintain data accuracy in SFDC (CRM).
• Support forecasting activities through analysis and coordination with stakeholders.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and insights using Power BI and other tools.
• Assist in standardizing processes and sharing best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with distributors and commercial teams on sales planning and execution.
• Maintain QMS requirements and support quality, compliance and ethics processes.
