Job summary

Rebul Holding in Turkey seeks an experienced BI professional to analyze business unit requirements, design and develop BI solutions, and continuously improve data capabilities. You will ensure effective data collection, processing, and reporting, maintaining accuracy and consistency of datasets while building reports and dashboards with BI platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to enable data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI, data analytics, reporting, and decision support experience.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience creating reports using BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or MicroStrategy).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics, Reporting, and Decision Support Systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proven ability to utilize it effectively in data analysis processes.
• Experience in developing applications and creating reports using at least one Business Intelligence platform, such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar tools.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in data analysis, data modeling, and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a results-oriented and quality-focused approach.
• Strong planning, organizational, and process management skills.
• Team player with effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate successfully with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or advanced analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures, such as Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, and Data Lake technologies.
• Professional experience in the retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or similar fast-paced industries.
