Job summary

gehc is seeking a Commercial Operations Associate to support the execution and continuous improvement of commercial operations processes, systems, and initiatives. You will help enhance sales effectiveness, support business planning and forecasting, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

You will collaborate with commercial, finance, distributor, and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to analytics, process improvement, and digital tools such as Power BI and CRM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and data tools.

Responsibilities

Support the execution and continuous improvement of Commercial Operations processes, systems, and operational mechanisms.
Contribute to sales force effectiveness initiatives and support the administration of SFDC (CRM) processes while maintaining data accuracy.
Support sales funnel reviews, forecasting activities, and timely analytics with stakeholders.
Develop reports, dashboards, and business insights using Power BI and other tools.
Promote standardization and efficiency through process improvements and best practices.
