Job summary

Token Financial Technologies is seeking a Senior Expert Software Developer to join our fintech team in Turkey. You will design and implement scalable backend services in .NET, develop Angular frontends, and drive microservice architectures in a high-availability, high-traffic environment.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong .NET and Angular expertise, and hands-on experience with microservices, messaging systems, and cloud DevOps tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET technologies and Angular.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using .NET technologies.
• Build and maintain modern frontend applications using Angular.
• Contribute to system architecture design and technical decision-making.
• Develop and maintain microservice-based architectures.
• Build scalable solutions for high-performance and high-availability environments.
• Improve and scale existing systems and applications.
• Develop background processing systems and distributed workloads.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices.

• Design and develop scalable backend services using .NET technologies
• Build and maintain modern frontend applications using Angular

The Perfect Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in .NET technologies
• Advanced experience with .NET Core application development
• Hands-on experience with Angular
• Experience designing and developing Microservice Architectures
• Experience working with message queue systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong experience with Entity Framework, Dapper, and ADO.NET
• Experience developing background jobs and asynchronous processing systems (Experience with Hangfire is considered a strong plus)
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines
• Experience with Redis
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in Fintech systems is considered a plus
• Experience building high-traffic and large-scale systems is considered a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
