Bestcloudfor.me is a leading global tech company offering remote work with offices in Istanbul, Ankara, Adana and Düzce. We are hiring Cloud Support Engineers to design, automate, and deploy services on AWS and cloud-native platforms, applying DevOps practices across industries.

You’ll join a team focused on troubleshooting, customer communications, and producing clear technical docs in an agile environment. Remote or hybrid options available with strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of container tech: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Rancher.
• Experience with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB, Nagios, Icinga, PRTG, New Relic, AppDynamics.
• Good knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Experience in DevOps, Deployment, Orchestration Management, Configuration Management.
• Agile-minded team player with good communication skills.
• Eagerness for self-improvement, open-minded, future-oriented.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Passion for developing well-architected, innovative tools and services.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cloud Support engineering teams on a wide variety of projects.

We are looking for "Cloud Support Engineers" for engineering teams.

The Role:

You will be part of a team designing, automating, and deploying services on behalf of our customers to AWS and cloud native platforms. We have deep experience applying DevOps and cloud native practices in virtually every industry.

Qualifications & Experience

• In basically understanding and/or have experience with AWS services and infrastructure
• Working basically knowledge of one or more of the following container technologies - Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, Rancher
• Working basically knowledge of the monitoring technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB, Nagios, Icinga, PRTG, New Relic, Appdynamics etc.
• Good knowledge about Linux operating systems
• Basically knowledge/experience in administration and troubleshooting for one or more of the following: DevOps/Deployment, Orchestration Management, Configuration Management
• Being an Agile minded team player, having good communication skills
• Eagerness on self-improvement, open-minded, future-oriented
• Strong analytical, problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Be passionate for developing well-architected, innovative, and elegant software tools and services

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working with Cloud Support engineering teams on a wide variety of projects
• DevOps and cloud platforms troubleshooting
• Meeting customer SLAs and managing communication in case of issues
• Participating in work sessions with clients
• Completing technical documentation
• Delivering quality work in agile delivery model in a team environment

Nice to have

• Experience in customer-facing software/technology or consulting
• Experience with “on-premises to cloud” migrations or IT transformations
• Experience operating solutions built on AWS (ideally) or other cloud platforms
