Qualifications

• Turkish (native) and English language proficiency
• Experience in healthcare or clinical trials (nurse/CRA or similar)
• Phone and email customer service experience, preferably call center
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to work morning, noon, afternoon, and evening shifts

Responsibilities

• Represent the company as the patient contact for clinical trial sites
• Screen patients for eligibility; no sales calls
• Assist doctors and patients in connecting with each other and coordinate communication
