Job summary

Psi CRO in Ankara, Turkey is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to monitor sites, ensure data quality, and support project timelines across Phase II/III studies.

You will conduct on-site visits, train site staff, manage regulatory documents, and collaborate with investigators, vendors, and cross-functional teams while traveling as required.

Native Turkish and English proficiency are required; MS Office skills and willingness to travel complete the profile.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences (or equivalent) required.
• 2–3 years of independent on-site monitoring experience.
• Experience with Phase II/III monitoring visits.
• Native Turkish with English at least B2 level.
• Oncology study experience is advantageous but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Able to plan, multitask, and work in a dynamic team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, conduct, and report monitoring visits.
• Support quality control through compliance monitoring and reports review.
• Serve as primary contact for investigators, vendors and study staff.
• Handle, track, and reconcile Investigational Product and trial supplies.
• Deliver training to investigators and site staff.
• Participate in site identification and feasibility research.
• Assist Regulatory Affairs with site regulatory documents.
• Prepare and present at Investigator Meetings.
• Maintain study-specific tracking systems.
• Contribute to audits and audit-resolution activities.

Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate II,you will work on the frontline of communication with project stakeholders, ensuring timelines, targets, and standards of clinical research projects in a variety of therapeutic indications. You will build and maintain relationships with clinical sites and investigators. You will focus on subjects' rights, safety and well-being and quality of data compliance.

Hybrid role in Ankara, Turkey

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation, conduct, and reporting of all types of monitoring visits


• Supporting quality control, such as compliance monitoring and reports review


• Contact for clinical investigators, vendors and support services in regard to study progress


• Proper handling, use, accountability, reconciliation, and return of all Investigational Product(s) and trial supplies at sites


• Delivering training of investigators, site staff and project teams


• Be involved in site identification process and feasibility research


• Support to Regulatory Affairs in procurement of site regulatory documents


• Preparation and delivering of presentations at Investigator's Meetings


• Maintenance of study-specific automated tracking systems


• Preparation for and attendance at company's audits; resolution of audit findings

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences (or similar), or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience


• 2-3 years of independent on-site monitoring experience


• Experience in all types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III


• Native Turkish and full working proficiency in English (B2)


• Experience supporting Oncology studies is beneficial, but not essential


• Proficiency in MS Office applications


• Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment


• Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills


• As you will be monitoring multiple sites, you must have a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel.
