Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Clinical & Technical Specialist Surgical Energy to be based in Istanbul, Türkiye. The role focuses on implementing and clinically using advanced surgical energy technologies.

You will combine biomedical expertise with OR experience, support installation and clinical readiness, provide on-site technical and clinical support during procedures, and train surgeons and OR teams while collaborating with Commercial, Service and Education teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with monopolar/bipolar energy technologies.
• Fluent Turkish and strong professional English; willing to travel Türkiye.

Responsabilités

• Assist installation and clinical readiness of surgical energy systems.
• Provide on-site technical and clinical support during surgeries.
• Troubleshoot equipment and deliver first-line technical support.
• Train surgeons and OR teams after product certification.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Technical Service and Education teams.

Purpose Of The Role

We are looking for an experienced Clinical & Technical Specialist to join our Surgery team and support the implementation and clinical use of advanced surgical energy technologies.

This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who combines biomedical expertise, surgical energy knowledge and confidence in the operating room environment.

What You Will Do

• Support installation, setup and clinical readiness of surgical energy systems
• Provide on-site technical and clinical support during surgical procedures
• Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and provide first-line technical support
• Train surgeons, OR teams and biomedical departments following internal product certification
• Partner with Commercial, Technical Service and Professional Education teams to ensure seamless technology adoption

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Hands-on experience with monopolar, bipolar, ultrasonic and/or advanced bipolar energy technologies
• Experience with medical devices, electrosurgical generators or surgical capital equipment
• Strong understanding of operating room workflows and biomedical troubleshooting
• Confidence working alongside surgeons, OR teams and biomedical departments
• Strong professional English and fluent Turkish
• Flexibility to travel across Türkiye
