Job summary

Surgerii Robotics is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to assist hospital customers as we roll out our robotic surgical system. This hands-on, hospital-facing role involves working with surgeons, OR staff, and internal teams to ensure successful adoption and use.

You will provide on-site and remote support, training, and guidance, coordinating with Sales, Clinical, Service, and Technical teams to resolve issues and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Turkish and English, strong communication skills.
• Experience with medical devices or healthcare is required.
• Previous customer-facing or hospital-facing roles preferred.
• Comfortable working in an operating room environment.

Job description

We are looking for a Clinical Support Specialist to support our hospital customers during the early stages of market development.

This is a hands-on, hospital-facing role. You will work closely with surgeons, operating room staff, and internal teams to ensure the successful adoption and use of our robotic surgical system.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned hospitals.
• Provide on-site and remote support to surgeons and operating room staff.
• Provide on-site support during surgeries, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Support system setup and basic operational troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the technical service team when technical issues arise.
• Provide training and guidance to clinical users on the proper use of the robotic system.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Clinical, Service, and Technical teams.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback and follow up on service-related issues.
• Support successful customer adoption and system utilization.

Requirements

• Fluent in Turkish and English; Chinese is a strong plus.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or hospital environments.
• Previous customer-facing or hospital-facing experience.
• Comfortable working in an operating room environment.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within Türkiye and support hospitals as required.
• Flexibility to support surgeries and hospital activities outside standard working hours when needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience with capital medical equipment, such as surgical systems, imaging equipment, or robotics.
• Familiarity with operating room workflows.
• Experience supporting surgeons or other clinical users.
• Basic technical understanding of medical devices.
