Job summary

CORDAMED is seeking a Clinical Territory Associate in Türkiye to work with the Clinical Sales Manager, gaining knowledge across technical, clinical, and sales dimensions. You will train to become a da Vinci Surgery expert across major specialties, developing robotics programs in your territory.

In the first year you focus on technical/clinical aspects, and in the second year you begin to focus on sales while maximizing the usage of da Vinci systems through demonstrations and in-services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree required.
• Minimum 1 year sales or leadership experience preferred.
• Ambition and strong work ethic.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train to be a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales expert across all primary surgical specialties.
• Develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory.
• Lead product demonstrations and in-services to maximize utilization of Installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.
• Support clinical and sales activities in collaboration with the Clinical Sales Manager.
• First year focuses on technical and clinical aspects; second year shifts toward sales.

Primary Function of Position:

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge In all aspects of our business, Including technical, clinical, and sales.

He or She will train to be a da Vinci® Surgery technical and sales expert across all primary surgical specialties to develop surgical robotics programs In the assigned territory.

During the first year of the job, the CTA will focus on the technical and clinical aspect of the job, and during the second year of the job, the CTA will progress and begin to focus on the sales aspect of the job.

The CTA's goal will be maximizing the utilization of Installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems by leading product demonstrations/ln-services and sales activities. This position is a developmental role and requires high commitment.
