Job summary

Mindray is looking for an experienced trainer and field technician to deliver technical trainings for our IVD product portfolio in Turkey. You will provide on-site support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with distributors to boost product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Required are a biomedical or biology degree and 3+ years in clinical labs with IVD knowledge, fluent English, and willingness to travel up to 30% to client sites and partner meetings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical or Biology or related field.
• 3+ years in clinical laboratory with IVD product experience or 2+ years in clinical application with IVD suppliers/partners.
• Excellent written and spoken English; interviews in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical trainings for Mindray IVD products.
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Develop and deliver product application training and support to customers to increase usage and satisfaction.
• Train distributor application teams and provide feedback for their development.
• Collect and analyze product application and clinical information to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee project management: monitoring, implementation, and completion.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Experienced in delivering technical trainings of IVD products.
• Experienced in on-site technical support, such as troubleshooting.
• Use clinical insight to locate customer training and application service requirements. Develop and deliver product application training and support to customers with the target of increasing customer usage rate and satisfaction of Mindray product, including installation training, customer regular visiting, pre-sales and after-sales performance verification, resolving issues and so on.
• Deliver technical training for distributor’s application team, and meanwhile provide constructive suggestions for the development of distributor’s application team.
• Collect and analyze products’ application and clinical information so as to understand and meet customer requirements.
• Project management: monitoring, implementation, management, and completion of projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Biomedical, Biology, etc.
• More than 3 years’ work experience in clinical laboratory with good operational skills in IVD products, such as Biochemistry, Immunoassay and Hematology analyzers. Be familiar with the principle, functional characteristics and clinical application of IVD products, or 2 or more years of clinical application experience in IVD product companies or their distributors/partners. Be familiar with the application process and customer relationship maintenance.
• Good written and spoken English; Interviews will be conducted in English.
• Ability to travel up to 30% (for client site visits and partner meetings).
• Knowledge and skills: Good teaching, communication skills; Good information collecting and analyzing ability; Adaptable to cross-culture environment.
• Familiar with Computer and Office Software (Word, Excel and PPT).
• Customer orientated, with good interpersonal, logical thinking and good communication skills.
• Well-organized, able to function independently with minimum supervision.
• Enthusiastic, together with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to be in a field-based role, supporting customers and travelling is required to perform the role.
