Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies to drive Türkiye market growth in the Core Lab segment, with a strong focus on Total Laboratory Automation (TLA).
• Provide in-depth IVD product technical expertise to support pre‑sales activities and tendering processes.
• Lead complex laboratory automation projects, collaborating closely with informatics and service teams to ensure successful go‑live and system stabilization.
• Engage directly with Mindray HQ scientists on foundational architecture decisions for automation systems.
• Formulate product development, positioning, and pricing strategies to strengthen market competitiveness.
• Conduct market intelligence gathering and competitive analysis to develop actionable product roadmaps that enhance brand presence and market positioning.
• Analyze marketing information and sales data to identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events while providing expert input on product promotion materials.

Requirements

• Above 3 years experience in IVD products or applications, familiar with the industry and passionate about the field.
• Deep understanding of laboratory operations and automation systems, with proven expertise in total laboratory automation (TLA) workflow analysis and optimization.
• Bachelor's degree or above; a medical-related major is preferred, excellent command of written & spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, outstanding communication skills, and clear logical thinking.
