Job summary

Philips is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist IGT-S to provide clinical expertise through pre-sales presentations, product demonstrations, and application training. You will support sales staff, deliver high-quality training to healthcare professionals, and design customized training programs aligned with clinical needs and system capabilities.

The role requires a radiology technology-related degree, 5+ years in Interventional Radiology or Cardiology, and fluent English.

Qualifications

University degree in radiology technology, Allied Health Sciences, or related clinical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Interventional Radiology or Interventional Cardiology.
Proven experience in delivering clinical training, ideally in a hospital or medical technology setting.
Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Effective presenter with the ability to convey complex clinical concepts clearly.
Collaborative team player, especially in cross-cultural and multinational environments.
Willingness to travel within Türkiye or other countries in META as required by the role.
Fluent in English.
Willing and able to travel locally approximately 60-70% of the time, with potential for international travel as required.

Responsibilities

Providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Delivering high-quality clinical application training for healthcare professionals.
Collaborating with customers to design customized training schedules based on clinical needs.
Training customers in applying best clinical procedures and protocols for optimal equipment usage.
Supporting product launches with clinical insights and leading demonstrations or training as needed.
Re-training hospital staff in new releases of operating procedures.
Ensuring all customers receive high-quality training and complying with quality standards.
Reporting customer feedback according to quality policies and following up on training requirements.
