Job summary

Elekta, a leader in precision radiation therapy, seeks a Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS) to consult, train, and support Oncology professionals in Elekta software and hardware. The role emphasizes remote, on-site, and classroom training, with the flexibility to travel up to 75% to meet customer needs.

You will deliver comprehensive education, capture customer needs, and collaborate with Product and Project management teams to optimize Elekta solutions globally.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in medical physics; minimum five years' experience with clinical Radiation Oncology.
• Strong clinical background and knowledge of clinical workflow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French; strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive application training for customers on Elekta software and hardware.
• Identify additional training requirements and develop follow-up plans to ensure optimal clinical utilization.
• Provide professional assistance with clinical application support cases and contribute to Service Delivery.
• Ensure customer requests are handled promptly and professionally per contractual obligations.
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and gather feedback to drive satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Support Marketing/Sales activities at pre-sales and events when required.
• Act as a conduit between customers and product development.
