Job summary

Elekta is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to consult, train, and support Oncology professionals in Elekta software and hardware. Responsibilities include on-site, remote and classroom training, plus post-training support.

The role requires a Master’s in medical physics with 5+ years in Radiation Oncology, and strong English/French communication. Domestic and international travel up to 75% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive application training for customers on Elekta software and hardware.
• Identify additional training requirements and develop follow-up training plans.
• Provide clinical application support and escalate as needed.
• Ensure timely and professional handling of customer requests.
• Maintain long-term relationships and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Support marketing/sales activities at events and exhibitions.
• Act as a conduit between customers and product development.
