Job summary

EY Türkiye seeks an Assistant/Experienced Assistant to support sustainability engagements across Climate Change & Sustainability Services. You will conduct data analysis, develop decarbonisation roadmaps, and contribute to client reporting.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in sustainability, strong English and Turkish communication, and a solid academic background in related fields. This role offers growth within a global professional services firm.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in environmental sciences, engineering, economics, public policy, business or related fields
• 0 - 3 years of experience in sustainability, climate change, social impact or related roles
• Knowledge of GHG accounting (Scope 1-3) and / or LCA, and familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Turkish

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of sustainability, climate change and reporting related engagements
• Conduct research, data analysis and benchmarking to identify client risks and opportunities
• Develop sustainability strategies, GHG inventories, decarbonisation roadmaps and climate risk assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across service lines and assist in client presentations
