Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Fatih, Istanbul, seeks a Client Advisor to warmly welcome clients and deliver luxury service while driving store sales goals.

You will build lasting relationships, lead client development strategies, and promote cross-selling and services with a focus on brand storytelling. Turkish and English are required; flexibility for evenings/weekends may be needed.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency with client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Turkish and English speaking abilities are mandatory; a third language is an appreciated plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• A college/university degree.
• Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.
