HubX is seeking a CEO Office Manager to work with the Co-Founders on strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives. You will own projects from ideation to execution, coordinating multiple studios and functional leaders to drive growth.

You will build business cases, track priorities, and provide executive-level analyses while maintaining a proactive ownership mindset and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Chief of Staff, CEO Office, Business Operations, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Good business understanding with the ability to evaluate opportunities and inform decisions.
