The Role

As the Group enters its next phase of growth and value creation, we are seeking a Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, shaping the leadership agenda, organizational capability, and culture across the portfolio.

This role extends well beyond traditional HR leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategy with business objectives, enabling organizational transformation, strengthening leadership capability, and supporting sustainable growth across a diverse group of companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CEO and Board of Directors on organizational strategy, leadership, succession planning, and culture.
• Develop and execute the Group's people strategy in line with long-term business priorities.
• Lead organizational design, transformation, and change management initiatives across multiple portfolio companies.
• Build and strengthen leadership capabilities through succession planning, executive development, and talent management.
• Design and oversee performance management, compensation, and reward frameworks that support business growth and attract top talent.
• Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR leadership team, establishing scalable and future-ready people practices.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Significant senior HR leadership experience within technology, financial services, investment, or other dynamic, multi-business environments.
• Proven experience partnering with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and executive leadership teams.
• Strong track record in organizational transformation, leadership development, succession planning, and culture building.
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate business strategy into people strategy.
• Experience operating in complex, multi-entity organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
