Job summary

Maven Partners, in partnership with a prestigious Turkish Family Office, seeks a Chief Data & Technology Officer to shape technology strategy and drive digital transformation.

You will develop a technology roadmap, lead AI adoption, strengthen cybersecurity, manage data governance, and coordinate with risk/compliance, vendor relationships, and system implementations to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Data Management or related field.
• Significant leadership experience in technology within complex organisations.
• Experience with data governance, cybersecurity coordination, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the family office's technology environment.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap including automation, AI adoption, and digital transformation.
• Lead evaluation, deployment, and optimization of new technology solutions.
• Drive AI adoption and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
• Establish governance for AI usage and confidentiality.
