Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent advanced degree required.
• 8–10 years of progressive ceramic materials R&D experience.
• 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record of publications, patents, or applied innovation in ceramics.

Responsibilities

• Lead ceramic body and glaze formulation development, including composition-sintering behavior studies.
• Manage thermal analysis, characterization, and process optimization of ceramic materials.
• Oversee patent and IP development activities related to material innovation.
• Manage R&D project planning, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination with production, quality, and engineering teams.
• Represent the company in academic and industry collaborations, publications, and technical partnerships.
• Mentor and develop a technical R&D team.
