Role Overview

The R&D Manager will be responsible for leading all research, development, and technological innovation activities related to ceramic body composition, glaze and firing processes, and new product development, while ensuring alignment with production, quality, and sustainability goals.

Candidate Profile

• PhD (or equivalent advanced degree) in Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related field
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in ceramic materials R&D, including at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity
• Strong technical expertise in traditional ceramic processing, thermal analysis, and body/glaze formulation
• Demonstrated track record of publications, patents, or applied innovation projects in the ceramics sector
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
