Job summary

ENERCON Türkiye is seeking a proactive Cash Manager to join our Finance team, driving treasury and cash management for local entities and coordinating month-end, quarter-end and year-end activities.

In this role you will manage liquidity planning and cash flow, prepare manual payment orders, monitor loan and interest payments with the Global Treasury Team, and ensure compliance with Central Bank requirements and local tax obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, or a similar finance function.
• Excellent analytical, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing liquidity planning and cash flow activities for local entities.
• Coordinating month-end, quarter-end, and year-end treasury processes.
• Preparing manual payment orders.
• Monitoring and coordinating third-party loan and interest payments with the Global Treasury Team.
• Managing tax-related payments and month-end obligations.

• Monitoring regulatory changes and informing stakeholders.
• Handling payment confirmations for incoming and outgoing transactions.
• Managing corporate credit card processes and statement follow-ups.
• Supporting Finance and Tax teams regarding equity position assessments.
• Monitoring intercompany loans and related treasury activities with Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cash Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective treasury and cash management operations across the local entities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing liquidity planning and cash flow activities for local entities
• Coordinating month-end, quarter-end, and year-end treasury processes
• Preparing manual payment orders
• Monitoring and coordinating third-party loan and interest payments in collaboration with the Global Treasury Team
• Managing tax-related payments, including stamp taxes and month-end obligations
• Overseeing the IBKB process and ensuring compliance with Central Bank and governmental authority requirements
• Monitoring changes in Central Bank and banking regulations, and communicating relevant updates to stakeholders
• Managing payment confirmations for incoming and outgoing transactions
• Managing corporate credit card processes, including applications, cancellations, and statement follow-ups
• Supporting Finance and Tax teams regarding equity position assessments of legal entities
• Monitoring intercompany loans, related interest payments, and associated treasury activities in coordination with Headquarters

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cash Management, Treasury, or a similar finance function
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across different organizational levels
• Experience working in multicultural and international business environments
• Strong team-player mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented, dynamic, and self-motivated approach to work
• Experience in controlling and financial processes within multinational companies is an advantage
• Good knowledge of SAP (R/3 or S/4HANA) and MS Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
