Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• 3–9 years of end-to-end full-stack development, banking sector experience a plus.
• Hands-on Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms are mandatory.
• Strong backend in Java, Spring MVC/Boot/Data, JPA/Hibernate with relational DBs.
• Workflow design with BPM tools, especially IBM BAW.
• Experience with enterprise tools like Git/Jira; containerization with Docker.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable banking-related full-stack solutions for international projects.
• Implement Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms with core backend Java apps.
• Develop and modernize UI using React and JSF where appropriate.
• Design workflow-driven back-end solutions with BPM tools (IBM BAW).
• Interface front-end with back-end services via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Apply design patterns, microservices, and secure coding across the stack.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver end-to-end digital banking applications.
