Job summary

DTA Mühendislik is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on CAE and test-based solutions for defense, aerospace, automotive, and more. The role emphasizes identifying customers, presenting tailored technical offerings, and driving sales in vibration, acoustics, and fatigue projects.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's in engineering, be fluent in English, and have a customer-focused, goal-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Completed military service or exempt (for male candidates).
• Valid Class B driver’s license and ability to actively drive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for sales with a goal- and result-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and customer-focused.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa.
• No restriction of travelling.

Responsibilities

• Identifying potential customers and offering suitable solutions.
• Organizing and conducting sales activities for existing and potential clients.

• Collaborating with technical support and other sales engineers.
• Providing regular updates to clients about new solutions.
