Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. is seeking an experienced CAE engineer to perform full-vehicle to component FEA, develop and validate FE models, and collaborate across design and testing teams.

You will work with global R&D centers and advance AI-based CAE workflows using Python. The role requires a Master's in mechanical/automotive/aerospace engineering, strong FEM experience with tools like ABAQUS/ANSA, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in FEM-based durability and structural analysis at component/subsystem/system levels.
• Strong knowledge of FEM and CAE tools such as ABAQUS/ANSA/MEDINA/PERMAS.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with ownership and reliability.
• Excellent English communication in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform FEA at full-vehicle, subsystem, and component levels for stiffness and durability.
• Develop, validate, and interpret FE models and provide engineering recommendations.
• Collaborate with design/testing teams on modifications and test setups.
• Coordinate with Daimler Truck R&D centers globally to meet objectives.
• Develop AI-based CAE workflows and Python scripts for preprocessing and reporting.
• Manage multiple CAE projects in parallel and align stakeholders to milestones.
• Drive AI-enabled simulation solutions within CAE-oriented projects.
