Modanisa is seeking a Business Development & Technology Management Trainee with a passion for fashion, e-commerce, and technology. You will work across business, product, and tech teams in a fast-paced global environment to turn data and ideas into impactful solutions.

The role focuses on turning customer insights and market trends into practical product improvements, leveraging AI insights, and contributing to initiatives that improve inventory, store, and warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel and data analysis.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and prioritization of the product backlog in line with the product vision and business needs.
• Identify business and product opportunities by analyzing customer needs, operational challenges, market trends, and data.
• Work closely with Operations, Data, BI, and Technology teams to turn business needs into practical and effective solutions.
• Leverage AI-powered analysis and automation tools to generate actionable insights from product, operational, and customer data, identifying opportunities to improve inventory, store, and warehouse processes.
• Explore AI-powered product ideas, support pilot projects, measure their impact, and turn learnings into actionable improvements.
• Contribute to product initiatives that leverage technology and data to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and create measurable business impact
• Track product performance and business outcomes, using data and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support cross-functional projects and initiatives from idea generation through implementation and performance measurement.

What Will You Do?

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in business development, product management, technology, AI, data, and e-commerce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data, customer insights, and business needs into actionable solutions
• Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel, with an ability to work comfortably with data and perform basic analysis
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on projects, and pay attention to detail
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
