You will plan, set up, and manage promotional campaigns; coordinate with Design, Content, CRM, and IT; monitor performance; translate content when needed; and prepare insights to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, MIS, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, data filtering, basic formulas).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and responsibility.
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret data and support decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage promotional and seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Content, CRM, Performance Marketing, IT) for campaign execution.
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Monitor campaign performance and landing pages daily, identifying issues and opportunities.
• Analyze campaign results and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
• Localize and translate campaign content for different regions and languages.
• Manage campaign listings and implement visual/content updates on landing pages and platforms.
• Conduct regular competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Track key campaign and sales KPIs and provide insights for business decisions.

What Will You Do?

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, data filtering, basic formulas, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to effectively interpret data and support decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
