Job summary

Intertech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 4+ years in IT business analysis in the banking sector and 5+ years in Treasury FX products. You will gather and document requirements, create WBS, and contribute to functional specs and testing.

Role involves technical design collaboration, user manuals, UAT support, and regression testing, with strong communication, English proficiency, and proactive teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, CTIS, or related fields.
PMI-PBA certification will be a plus.
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Business Analysis in the banking sector.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury FX Products.
Knowledgeable about SDLC and Agile Methodology.
Proficient in requirements gathering and elicitation.
Comfortable with business analysis modeling tools.
Experience in UI design and UX.
Fluent in English with strong oral and written skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, persuasion and conflict resolution skills.
Eager to learn and adapt new concepts.
Proactive and good team player.

Responsibilities

Gathering, negotiating and documenting the requirements.
Creating WBS, defining its dependencies, and giving cost estimations to support project planning efforts.
Preparing light-weight functional specification documents and test scenarios.
Contributing to the technical design and development to ensure all business needs are satisfied.
Functional testing, giving UAT support, and regression testing to eliminate any defects.
Preparing/updating User Manuals.
Third-level support of the product.
