Job summary

Yapı Kredi Technology is seeking a Business Analyst to join our technology-focused banking projects in Izmit. You will adapt the firm’s software development methods and coordinate with business units to design and improve business processes.

You will conduct functional and technical analyses, oversee testing and user acceptance, and collaborate with software teams to translate ideas into concrete outcomes within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Graduated from STEM departments (Computer / Industrial Engineering is preferred).
• At least 4 years of experience in related fields.
• High proficiency with SQL.
• Good command of reading and writing English.
• Willingness to learn and follow new trends; agile team member.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility in software development processes as a Business Analyst by adapting Yapı Kredi Technology methods.
• In Banking IT projects, design business processes and perform functional and technical analyses.
• Perform tool-based or manual functional tests and coordinate user acceptance tests.
• Coordinate business demands with software teams throughout the development cycle.

• Performing the tool based or manual functional tests of applications and coordinating the user acceptance tests,
• Coordinating business demands and functional needs by working in coordination with software development teams throughout the software development process,
