Reed Turkey is seeking an Accounting Team Leader for our international manufacturing client. You will oversee monthly and annual financial statements, cost accounting, asset management, and reporting requirements, while leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional units.

The role requires a strong background in accounting within manufacturing, solid English skills, and proven leadership capabilities to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance systems and cost accounting in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with tax laws, financial regulations, and statutory reporting.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.

Aufgaben

• Organize and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per legal and group requirements.
• Lead accounting projects and implement automation and guideline development.
• Adhere to accounting policies and daily process procedures.
• Perform analyses in accounting and manage fixed asset accounting.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports and management scenarios.
• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership of the department.
• Oversee cost accounting processes, unit cost calculations, and variances.
• Conduct standard and estimated cost analyses for new projects.
