Zusammenfassung

Monster Energy in Turkey is seeking a Brand Marketing professional to support the development and execution of local campaigns, working closely with cross‑functional teams to adapt global programs for the market. You will monitor performance and derive insights to drive growth, while contributing to activation planning and annual business planning.

The role requires 1–3 years in Brand Marketing/Marketing Communications, FMCG exposure, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications.
1–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Marketing Communications.
At least 1 year of experience in FMCG.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Aufgaben

Support the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives from planning to launch.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and derive insights for growth.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to adapt global programs for local market impact.
Contribute to activation planning, execution, and performance tracking for local campaigns.
Assist in annual business planning with market research and competitive insights.
