We are looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our Sabiha Gökçen Retail Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction through strong communication skills, and adding value to the overall customer experience.

This position has been opened to support staffing needs across four different brands within our Sabiha Gökçen Retail Operations: Estée Lauder (Temporary), Chanel(Temporary), Amouage (Temporary), and Sarper (Beylerbeyi Rakı). Applications will be evaluated for the relevant brands based on candidates’ experience, qualifications, and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Good command of English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Completion of all mandatory training assigned through the company's digital learning platform, Level Up, and regular participation in face-to-face or online training programs organized by Avolta.
• Well-groomed with strong representation and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented with a service-minded approach.
