Job summary

CATL Turkiye is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Bursa facility. You will execute daily inspections, perform basic robot teaching on KUKA systems, and troubleshoot welding equipment while adhering to LOTO and EHS requirements.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in BIW welding maintenance within the automotive sector, with proficiency in Turkish and English at a functional level and a readiness for shift schedules in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years in BIW welding equipment maintenance in automotive industry.
Experience with welding robots, fixture maintenance preferred.
Able to independently perform basic robot reset/teaching.
Turkish and English basic workplace proficiency (A2/B1).
Willing to work in factory shift schedules; strong safety awareness.

Responsibilities

Execute daily production line inspections and preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
Perform basic KUKA robot teaching and calibration; assist with fault diagnosis.
Disassemble and inspect welding guns, servo systems, cylinders, and fixtures.
Troubleshoot Siemens PLC signals and I/O mapping; use test equipment for verification.
Implement LOTO procedures; ensure machine guarding and high-voltage safety compliance.
Report abnormal wear and hazards; support TPM activities and training.
