Job summary

ARX Türkiye seeks a BIM Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience using Revit Structure or Revit Architecture and strong knowledge of building systems. You will model and draft structures in coordination with other disciplines, reporting to the BIM/CAD Manager.

The role requires Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and familiarity with CD environments. Site-office based with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Min 3 years of professional work experience in BIM modelling of large-scale/complex projects.
• Experience delivering projects in accordance with international BIM standards.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Creation of parametric models based on direction/sketches from BIM Manager and Project Engineers.
• Generation of detailed construction documents derived from the model.
• Integrating Dynamo for automation of repetitive drafting tasks.
• Assistance in design coordination with BIM Manager and Project Manager.
• Preparation of typical details and Revit content library.

For our entity in Türkiye, we are looking for a BIM Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience using Revit Structure or Revit Architecture and with a strong working knowledge of all building systems. We are looking for creative and energetic candidates with excellent communication and organizational skills.

BIM Specialist

A technical role, being responsible for the modelling and drafting of structures works in coordination with other disciplines, will be reporting directly to the BIM/CAD Manager. Considering the current portfolio, knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, Dynamo and Navisworks is required.

Responsibilities:
