Esenyel & Partners Lawyers/Consultants invites participants to join the Global Talent program in Turkey. The Exchange Participant will facilitate communication between speakers of different languages by interpreting, translating and re-communicating both verbal and written messages.

Responsibilities include real-time interpretation, document translation, and ensuring accurate cross-language communication for client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Law (Required) background or understanding is expected.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate verbal communications in real time (conferences, meetings, classes).
• Translate written communications (documents, emails, presentations).
• Facilitate communications on behalf of clients.
• Document and record interactions and translations.
• Provide accurate translations of written materials and interpret tone and nuance.
