Job summary

AbbVie Türkiye is seeking a BHR Specialist to join the HR team. You will partner with leaders on day-to-day people topics, oversee recruitment by Talent Acquisition, and coordinate local/global talent and development initiatives.

You will support performance, succession, engagement, and reporting to guide evidence-based decisions. The role requires a university degree, strong English, 1–3 years HR experience, and proficiency in MS Office/HR systems; Workday is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Excellent command of English both written and verbal.
• 1-3 years HR experience in an HR generalist or business partnering role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems; Workday knowledge would be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, customer focus, and business acumen.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Prepare people metrics, pulse employee surveys, and executive-ready reports to support evidence-based decisions.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, confidentiality, controls, and compliance with local requirements.
• Identify process improvements that simplify HR delivery and improve employee and manager experience.
