Job summary

Seluz Fragrance & Flavor Company in Istanbul is seeking an experienced Application Technologist – Beverages to join our Food Flavors team.

You will develop, test and optimize beverage flavor applications, translate customer needs into finished products, and collaborate with Flavorists, Sales, Marketing and R&D.

Strong beverage focus, English proficiency and 3+ years in beverage applications are required, with a customer‑oriented approach and hands‑on technical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Food Engineering and Master’s in Food Science/Technology preferred.
• Specialization in Beverage applications is required.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum 3 years in beverage applications, product development or technical customer support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize flavor applications for beverage products.
• Prepare prototypes and finished-product applications for customer presentations and evaluations.
• Provide technical application support to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Flavorists, Sales, Marketing and R&D on customer briefs and projects.
• Evaluate flavor performance across beverage matrices and processing conditions.
• Translate customer briefs into technically successful product applications.
