Vodafone Turkey is seeking a results-oriented marketing professional to lead fixed growth initiatives within the squad. Define target segments, design data-driven journeys, and collaborate with Big Data, marketing, and channel leads to optimize offers and real-time engagement while maximizing customer lifetime value.

The role is a fixed-term 11-month assignment within the Fixed Base Marketing squad, requiring 4–5 years in telecom marketing, strong analytical skills, English and Turkish fluency,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or engineering-related field.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify marketing and sales opportunities.
• 4–5 years experience in telecom marketing/commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fixed Base Marketing strategy management to maximize revenue and loyalty.
• Define target groups and customer journeys in MCCM with cross-functional teams.
• Design personalized, data-driven journeys in Pega to reduce disconnections and boost engagement.
• Lead real-time triggers and roadmap to maximize real-time customer experiences.
• Drive growth through A/B testing and exploring new digital opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, commercial, and channels to ensure timely delivery.
• Own responsibilities within the squad and adapt to evolving requirements.

What you’ll do

Building and executing journey strategy thru identifying target customer, channel and when/where to reach that customer with which offer of base growth activities in the Squad. Purpose of the Fixed Growth Squad is to drive value growth by providing a commercial ready base, boost managed migrations and retain customers thru recommitment, in contract retention, upsell, contracting activities with insight and data driven strategy yet assure a sustainable customer base .*****This position is a fixed-term role with a duration of 11 months.

• Lead the Fixed Base Marketing strategy management, organize customer base actions aiming to achieve superior customer satisfaction, maximize revenues by increasing and sustaining customer lifetime, activity and value.
• Defines target group (who) and customer journey in MCCM (how), working closely with Big Data and commercial lead to define offers (what) and channel lead to define channel orchestration (where), as well as decision architects to make sure relevant developments are made. Role works closely with decision architects, marketing & commercial & channel leads.
• Designing personalized and data-driven journeys in Pega (MCMM), reduce customer disconnection with better customer engagement and activity.
• Lead the real time trigger and roadmap aiming to maximise real time engagement with our customers finding relevant best network experience triggers.
• Deep dive understanding of customer behaviors & business needs to improve squad KPIs and to build seamless experience in a horizantal approach.
• Uncovering potential growth areas and conducting A/B tests to optimize core activities.
• Trying new technologies and services, explores digital opportunities to boost digital experience and engagement
• Improve, monitor and maintain journey strategy aiming to maximise customer lifetime value with AI driven data approach
• Main operations are Incontract Retention, Recommitment, Upsell commercial journeys for residential base customers.
• Effective stakeholder management of key business relationships
• Work in harmony with agile practices & get ready to own different responsibility within Squad.

Who you are

• BSc. degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or similar fields of engineering
• Has a strong commercial mindset, ability to define marketing and sales opportunities
• Have min 4-5 years experience in Telecommunication sector at marketing and/or commercial roles
• Highly proactive, have a strong can-do attitude
• Ambitious & competitive professional with high personal drive & leadership attitudes
• Strong analytical skills, results-driven and delivery-focused
• Pega knowhow is a plus
• Flexible on taking responsibility of other roles (commercial, marketing, channel) where needed to build a collaborative team environment and ensure team commitments are met on time and with high quality
• Strong written, verbal communication skills & interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish
• Resilient while working in competitive & rapidly changing environments
• Comfortable in problem solving & decision making
• Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members and stakeholders
