Responsibilities

• Manage stock movements including receptions, transfers, returns, reservations and consignments.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Prepare product displays with accurate tagging and information.
• Coordinate price changes with management and admin teams.
• Handle stock-related activities for omnichannel orders.
• Ensure documentation supports every stock movement.
• Coordinate daily/periodic stock counts and inventories.
• Investigate discrepancies and report findings.
• Assist with distant sales preparation and shipping documentation.
• Ensure all stock handling complies with procedures and controls.
• Support back-office operations with audit prep and record maintenance.
• Assist Cash Desk with opening/closing procedures and payment accuracy.

Through accurate stock management, strong organization and close collaboration with the boutique team, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional experience to both our clients and colleagues.

Stock Management

• Manage all stock movements, including receptions, transfers, returns, reservations and consignments.
• Control the accuracy and quality of all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Prepare creations for display, ensuring accurate tagging and product information.
• Coordinate price changes with the management and administrative teams.
• Manage stock-related activities for all omnichannel orders.
• Ensure every stock movement is supported by the correct documentation.

Inventory Management

• Coordinate daily, monthly, quarterly and annual stock counts.
• Manage additional inventories when required, including certificates, stones and related items.
• Ensure all stock is accurately recorded and accounted for at all times.
• Investigate and report any discrepancies.

Distant Sales

• Support the Client Relations Centre with the preparation and packaging of distant sales.
• Ensure all required administrative and shipping documentation is completed accurately.

Compliance

• Ensure all stock handling and movements comply with the Maison’s procedures and internal controls.
• Partner with the Boutique and Office Manager to maintain accurate and compliant back-office operations.
• Support audit preparation and ensure all records and documentation are properly maintained.

Cash Desk and Bank Deposits

• Support the Cashier team with opening and closing cash-desk procedures when required.
• Help ensure the accuracy of transactions, including product references, prices, discounts, payment amounts and approvals.
• Support the preparation and completion of bank deposits when required.
