Job summary

Jobgether is listing an AWS Cloud Engineer role based in Turkey through a partner company. The position focuses on designing, deploying, and optimizing AWS environments for diverse client needs, with hands-on infrastructure work and client advisory responsibilities.

You will use Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, CircleCI, GitHub Actions), and Kubernetes to build scalable, secure cloud solutions while reducing costs and improving performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cloud Engineer / DevOps role.
• Hands-on with AWS resources in production/client environments.
• IaC experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, CircleCI, GitHub Actions.
• Kubernetes cluster configuration and containerized deployments.
• Strong AWS networking (VPC) and security principles.
• Troubleshoot infra deployment issues with structured methods.
• Identify opportunities for performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Ability to advise clients and internal stakeholders clearly.
• AWS certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain modular AWS infrastructure.
• Advise clients on design and implementation of AWS cloud technologies.
• Analyze and resolve deployment challenges across cloud environments.
• Automate provisioning with IaC and config management.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes (GitLab/CircleCI/GitHub Actions).
• Configure Kubernetes clusters and support deployments.
• Design secure AWS networking (VPCs) and controls.
• Optimize operations for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Ensure data storage/processing meets client requirements and standards.
• Apply AWS security best practices across architecture and delivery.
