Job summary

IOM Türkiye seeks a Project Associate (AVR Case Management) to support the Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) program. You will assist in case registration, outreach, counseling, and service delivery to migrants under supervision.

The role requires experience with vulnerable groups, case management, and liaising with authorities. Travel readiness, strong organizational and analytical skills, and a commitment to human rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with case management for vulnerable groups (migrants, refugees, victims of trafficking).
• Proven ability to organize work independently and prioritize under pressure.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills; knowledge of human rights and national protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day AVRR project activities, including outreach, case registration, tracking, counseling, and service delivery.
• Assist in organizing workshops and meetings; liaise with national counterparts and partners.
• Retrieve, compile, and analyze project data; report on referrals and assistance provided; contribute to guidelines for AVRR beneficiaries.
