Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Test & Validation Engineer to join our global automotive partner’s engineering team in a hybrid working model. You will be responsible for the testing and validation to ensure the reliability, functionality, and compliance of automotive components, including bench testing and vehicle-level validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in E&E system testing, validation, and fault diagnosis in automotive.
• Proficiency in data logging, validation documentation, and MS Office tools.
• Strong understanding of vehicle test environments and bench test setups.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, execute, and monitor test plans for bench and vehicle tests.
• Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Carry out ECU updates and software reflashing as part of validation.
• Ensure operability and calibration of test equipment.
• Analyze test data and prepare validation reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Support assembly line and vehicle modernization teams when required.
