Job summary

Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, is seeking a Project Chief to join its automotive team and drive engine-related development projects. You will coordinate design and project activities, monitor deliverables, and support on-time delivery with cross-functional teams.

The role requires experience in automotive projects, engine systems, CAD review, and strong communication, with fluency in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

Experience in the automotive sector, engine-related projects, or project coordination.
Experience with engine systems, mechanical components, and development processes.
Proficiency with CAD tools and engineering documentation review.
Academic background in mechanical or automotive engineering; mechanical preferred.
Fluent English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

Lead project activities related to engine components and systems within automotive development projects.
Coordinate design, development, and validation activities in line with project objectives.
Review technical specifications, drawings, and design documentation to ensure compliance with requirements.
Follow up project milestones, deliverables, risks, and action plans with relevant stakeholders.
Manage design changes and ensure proper technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, validation, quality, and manufacturing teams.
Monitor technical issues and propose corrective actions to secure project delivery.
Ensure alignment with automotive quality, cost, and timing objectives.
