Allianz Türkiye, sigorta ve varlık yönetimi alanında küresel bir grup olarak iç denetim ekibiyle çalışacak deneyimli bir profesyonel arıyor. Planlama, saha çalışması, raporlama ve takiple uçtan uca iç denetim görevlerini yürütür, iş süreçlerini ve kontrolleri değerlendirerek önemli riskleri belirler ve uygulanabilir iyileştirme önerileri sunarsınız.

İngilizce yazılı ve sözlü iletişim becerileri, analitik düşünce ve paydaş yönetimi becerileri önemlidir.

Qualifications

• Lisans veya yüksek lisans; tercihen Ekonomi, İşletme, Finans, MIS veya ilgili disiplin.
• İç/harici denetimde 3–5 yıl deneyim veya risk yönetimi/üçüncü taraf danışmanlık.
• CIA/CRMA/SMMM/CPA gibi sertifikalar avantaj sayılır; ilgili sertifikalar da başvuruya açık.
• Sigorta sektörünce deneyim avantaj sağlayabilir.
• İngilizce yazılı ve sözlü iletişim becerileri gereklidir.
• Analitik ve eleştirel düşünme; riskleri belirleme ve önemli konulara odaklanma yeteneği.
• İletişim ve paydaş yönetimi becerileri; MS Office ve veri analitiği araçlarına aşinalık.
• Yapay Zeka (AI) geliştirme, Veri Analitiği, Veri İstihbaratı ve ChatGPT konularında bilgi sahibi olmak faydalı.

Responsibilities

• Güçlü küresel bağlantılarla İç Denetim ekibinin parçası olarak çalışmak.
• Kalite standartlarına uygun uçtan uca iç denetim görevlerini planlamak, saha çalışması, raporlama ve takip ile yürütmek.
• İş süreçlerini, riskleri ve iç kontrolleri değerlendirmek ve uygulanabilir iyileştirme önerileri sunmak.
• Denetim yaşam döngüsünde veri analitiği kullanımıyla risk değerlendirmesi ve iç görüşler üretmek.
• Organizasyon içinde güvenilir bir ortak olarak hareket etmek ve teknoloji/dijital dönüşüm yolculuğuna katkı sağlamak.
• Hibrit yapıda çalışmayı destekleyen proje ve çapraz fonksiyonlu girişimlere katkıda bulunmak.

What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, MIS or a related discipline,


• 3–5 years of experience in internal/external audit, risk management, internal control, accounting or advisory,


• Professional certification such as CIA, CRMA, SMMM/CPA or similar qualifications is an advantage; candidates pursuing relevant certifications are also welcome,


• Previous experience in the insurance industry is considered an advantage,


• Good written and verbal communication skills in English,


• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify key risks and focus on what matters,


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills,


• Curiosity, ownership and a growth mindset,


• Good command of MS Office applications; experience with data analytics tools, SQL or similar technologies is an advantage.


• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

• Be part of an Internal Audit team with strong global connections,


• Perform end-to-end internal audit engagements under the supervision of the Audit Manager, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, closing and follow-up activities in line with the Global and Local standards.


• Assess business processes, risks and internal controls and contribute to practical and sustainable improvement recommendations,


• Use data analytics throughout the audit lifecycle to support risk assessment, testing and audit insights,


• Be trusted partner within the organization,


• Contribute to the Internal Audit function\'s technology and digital transformation journey,


• Work within our agile organizational structure and support cross-functional initiatives such as special investigations, technology transformation and professional practices


• Stay informed about emerging risks, regulatory developments and business trends and reflect them in audit work.
