Job summary

NCR Atleos in Istanbul seeks a data and field service coordination assistant to support ATM service operations by collecting, validating, and maintaining field service data, monitoring service activities, and coordinating maintenance reporting.

You will track field service visits, verify reports, maintain service databases, and assist in coordinating between service teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate records and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate field service visit records from ATM service and retail service engineers.
• Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities conducted in the field.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of service reports and supporting documentation.
• Maintain service databases, records, and operational reports.
• Assist in monitoring service performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Support coordination between service teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure operational documents and records are properly organized and archived.
